Don’t let the flannel, Bunyan beard, charming smile, or sparkling eyes fool you…. This guy is serious about the preservation of our wildlands and the role of the landscape architect as leaders in that effort. As a native of Utah’s Wasatch mountains and an avid outdoorsman (did you note the flannel and the beard?), Steve is as home next to a remote mountain stream as he is in front of his Sketchup! His degree in landscape architecture from Utah State’s LAEP program helped supplement his field experience as a plant connoisseur and ecology specialist, arming him to be a highly talented young professional that Connect One is fortunate to have aboard.
He’s rad enough to wield a fly pole in Alaska, yet sophisticated enough to enjoy photography, painting and writing in his spare time. If you do not find him hunting in New Mexico or Kansas with the rest of the Woody family you’ll find him crushing it with his superb design and digital rendering skills.
“There is nothing worse than a sharp image of a fuzzy concept.” – Ansel Adams
