Situated in the heart of the West End, this modern Victorian home underwent a significant remodel. During the process, the owners of the home decided to provide the landscape surrounding the house with the same creative renovation.

The new landscape addressed three primary points: creating great spaces that embrace all aspects of outdoor mountain living, providing privacy for the exposed corner lot and screening from the adjacent school, and selecting a modern plant palette that is enticing and low-maintenance. The cozy outdoor spaces are sized to fit perfectly on the lot and enhance the home with comfortable opportunities for outdoor dining and gathering. The plant design includes an entirely native and adaptive palette of xeric plants, complimented by an automated smart irrigation system to provide the owners with low maintenance, year round enjoyment.
