The Town of Basalt is partnered with CTA Group and Connect One Design to produce a new comprehensive Master Plan for the Town. The master planning process will result in a long-range guiding document for the community to achieve its vision and goals. Elements addressed will include: recreation and tourism, transportation, land use, economic development, affordable housing, parks and open space, natural and cultural resources, capital improvements, efficiency in government, sustainability, and urban design. Connect One Design organized and led the public outreach for this far-reaching effort, including graphics in English and Spanish, public relations, advertising, five open houses including one primarily in Spanish, social media, email campaigns, school outreach, and a dedicated website.
