The Mountain Family Health Clinic is a community health organization providing low to no-cost health care to residents throughout Colorado.

Their new Rifle clinic, associated with the Garfield County Public Health Complex, is their flagship facility for western Colorado. The primary goal of the project was to create a visually impactful but budget conscious design that blended all of the existing surrounding structures at the public health complex to create a campus perception. To that end, the materials and design are distinctive enough to give the new structure its own identity, but still work in harmony with the existing vernacular. The planting design features highly concentrated and structural areas of planting to deliver the maximum year-round impact.
