Whether tiny homes are the way of the future or just a fad, the Aspen-Basalt Campground tiny home retrofit for the Aspen Skiing Company is the perfect application of this housing type. These trailer-style tiny homes were built off-site and rolled onto existing RV pads. Connect One Design completed the master plan to determine size, location, and layout of each home type. Connect One then completed a final site plan and construction documents that incorporated many community spaces to expand tiny home living into the outdoors. Site improvements include connection to the regional multi-use trail systems, creation of community lawns, bike share stations, and outdoor gathering spaces.
