A retired couple chose to downsize from their estate in Cherry Hills Village into a newly remodeled condo in the heart of Cherry Creek North with retail at the ground level and dwelling on the upper floors. They requested of us to transform their high-end rooftop penthouse into a tranquil space with a dining area, hot tub, and lounge. The clients were very specific about materials use and furnishings that would accommodate their eclectic aesthetic interest, with a blend of traditional elegance and funky yet timeless. Planting scheme was simple, consisting of pots with perennials and ornamental grasses.
