This project was part of a larger development to serve as part of the urban renewal program in China. We collaborated with a Hong Kong developer with high standards for producing good quality work. The project included a mixed use development with interior courtyards for residents and commercial promenades. The demographic of users included an upper middle class looking for higher standards of living and high end shopping. The aesthetic carried throughout the project was modern and simple, hosting interior courtyard and gardens, water features, ponds and interior landscape at the shopping mall. The design process took 12 months with construction for the following 24 months.
